Bird's Epics of India

Casey is one of the youtubers I enjoy watching the most! This video of him trucking through a marathon reminded of when I used to be able to run a ton in high school. Sadly, I have since lost that super power of nonstop running. However in support of growth mindset, I can gain it back over time. This video has helped motivate me so I think after doing some more assignments. I want to go down to the gym and run on the treadmill for a mile or so!
